The general intractable problem is that from what I understand there exists a few hundred thousand Syrian Sunnis preventing a land bridge to the Druze. How does Israel plan to deal with that.
On a completely unrelated note. I assume you have ears in the Netanyahu government. The designers for the upcoming metro system seem to all be modernist architects. You would be saving the Israeli public from monstrous architecture if you suggested yanking one of the metro designs from the abhorrent architects and giving it to a classically focused architectural group such as RAMSA. This shouldn’t be infeasible. It would also greatly benefit Israel if RAMSA opened an office in Israel to help diffuse classical architectural principles. Thanks!
Mansur Ashkar an Israeli Druze giving his thoughts about Trump’s proposal for Gaza
… of evacuating the people of Gaza to a neighboring Arab country as a means to rebuild Gaza.
… this could be either a temporary or permanent solution.
… is this idea practical, ethical, or even feasible? Mansur breaks down the pros & cons of this controversial suggestion & tries to answer the question: is it a good solution or a terrible one?
At the very least, I would contend that the Druze and the Kurds would have stronger claims to statehood than the Palestinian Arabs. How much difference is there between Palestinian Arabs and their Arab brethren in countries such as Egypt, Syria and Iraq, to take but three examples. With the previous two groups, on the other hand, there seem to be at least some ethnic differences.
I would love to see a stable, secure Druze state in southern Syria and a stable, secure Kurdish state in northeastern Syria. Yet I doubt that Sultan Erdogan will be able to resist attacking either.
Absolutely! There should be enthno-religious states for minority groups throughout the Middle East.
Great idea . A friendly Druze buffer state .
The top north east third of Syria ought to be given over to the Kurds , aswell along with parts of Turkey , Iraq and Iran .
The old French division of Syria actually made quite a lot of sense

Hope so. Give them Gaza, too. Ditto the Syrian Christians, Yazidis, Kurds and any other persecuted minorities in the Middle East.
Send the Palepsychos to Afghanistan They don’t discriminate. If the Jews, Christians, et al aren’t available to prey upon, they’ll kill each other

I hope to see you on WarRoom soon. I’ve learned so much, and Steve Bannon gets the truth out to people who need to hear it. God bless Israel.
